School House Lofts

School House Lofts consists of two late-nineteenth-century brick school buildings being converted into loft-style residential units.  The renovations seek to retain and highlight the extraordinary character of the existing buildings, while inserting contemporary amenities.

The first phase of the project, the Adams Street School, is located in Worcester’s vibrant Shrewsbury Street neighborhood, the City’s restaurant hub.  The project's second phase, the Dartmouth Street School, is a beautiful spire-topped building that sits in a quiet residential neighborhood.
